Real Ukrainians

By VOLODYMYR KRAVCHUK - December 4 2023
Real Ukrainians

Brave, like Ukrainians strong and true,
Indomitable, like Ukrainians do,
Patient, as Ukrainians wear,
Wise, like Ukrainians, beyond compare.

Caring and valiant, their spirits ignite,
For freedom’s wings in their flight,
Boundless and cautious, they stand tall,
Majestic with their people, united overall.

Strong, like Ukrainians, fierce and bold,
Unyielding, with a spirit untold,
In the world, they’re never alone,
Loving, honest, and faithful to the bone.

Be like Ukrainians, let your light shine,
Eternal and unreachable, divine,
True to yourself, in every deal.
Be like Ukrainians, grand and real!

By OSMAN OZSOY -
January 2 2026

When we examine wars between states throughout history, we see a certain cause-and-effect relationship. However, often the real reason for the war and the issue used as a pretext for starting the war differ.
